This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our site, https://intelygence.com (the "Site") or its subdomains, e.g. top.intelygence.com.
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

Our website only collects information technically necessary to provide our services.

1. the PHPSESSID cookie identifies your current session to our webserver: It is not shared with any third parties.
2. the hue cookie optimizes your viewing experience and gives you a new, yet consistent, color scheme every 10 minutes: It doesn't go anywhere.
3. the topStructureNewsletter cookie tracks whether you subscribed to our newsletter, so we don't bug you with that popover again for a year once you did. We're not sharing that with anyone, either.

Log Files

"Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Web Beacons

"Web beacons", "tags" and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse a Site. We use a "pixel" to accumulate usage statistics.

Statistics

"Statistics" are data sets which we collect to analyze incoming traffic to our pages.
In our statistics, we collect:

2. Referred URL
3. URL Parameters(we use these to identify traffic sources, e.g. LinkedIn)

Our statistics contain no personal information. We don't do either personalized or anonymized user profiling based on statistics.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our organization, Intelygence, does not directly collect or evaluate any information about you other than;

1. Contact notices you send via the contact form
2. Newsletter subscription information
3. Customer / User Interaction via Google:
   1. Training requests you submit via our TOP Structure Domain using Google Forms
   2. The TOP Structure Community, a Google Group.

Contact form

Should you choose to use your contact form, we will gather the supplied personal information (name and email, plus your message). We will not use this information for any purpose other than contacting you on behalf of your request, unless otherwise stated.

Newsletter

Should you opt into the newsletter, we may occasionally send you a newsletter update. At any time you are free to request removal from a newsletter subscription.
Newsletter subscription information will exclusively be stored in our email box until further notice.
Each of our newsletter contains an Opt-Out link.
Should this, for some reason, not work, just respond to the newsletter with topic "Unsubscribe", and we will take care of the matter.

Training Requests

Should you choose to request a training with us, we're currently utilizing a Google Form for the signup process. The data is stored in a Google Spreadsheet. If you reuest us to remove your data, we will do so. Otherwise, legal retention periods apply.

TOP Structure Community

The TOP Structure Community is an interaction forum for people interested in learning about the TOP Structure. It's hosted as a Google Group. If you choose to interact with this community, your interactions will be publicly visible on our website. However, if you choose that you want your content to be deleted, you can delete your posts by yourself, and unregister from the group. Please be aware that your posts may appear in email feeds of users as soon as you make them - and we have no access to their inbox.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not include any external services which automatically collect data on our main pages.
Likewise, we do not share your data with third parties without your express consent.

Lawful Interception

Be aware that we may have to share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK

We do not alter our Site behaviour upon receiving a Do Not Track signal from your browser!

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact form. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill any potential contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

DATA RETENTION

When you contact us through the Site or post any online content, we will maintain this information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
